So a few months ago, some of us got together and decided to put on a regional league for the South, and after some talks and planning , the Southern Fairies O.L. was born.
We kicked things off in style, with the small but mighty Cocknowle, which was probably one of the most fun races of the year. Things then proceeded with another six good/fun rounds, which included a race of Chinese heats, where we saw 21 riders race into a tight corner, and in the wet, carnage but a good fun day. Things came to an end with the beastly Steeple, where again we saw some good action, even a visit from the old bill, one of many throughout the year, which all ended well 
So all in all, a good 1st season, with lots of racing, crashes, fun times and a very close final podium, with Jonathan Braund retaining his previous title of Outlaw Champion.
Well done to every one who raced with us this year, congrats to all the winners, and hope most of you will come back next year.
